A checklist is given to all our staff on site that needs to be completed and handed to the area supervisor on completion of the day’s task. All our cleaning staff members are dressed in full company-branded uniforms for easy identification and safety reasons.

Our cleaning division has an innovative ownership structure, whereby the area cleaning managers have complete oversight of their cleaning teams and contracts, which gives them a vested interest in our cleaning division and drives them to deliver top-quality service to our customers.

Our customer relationship policy is that our area cleaning managers must be on site every day and our senior management will regularly visit our clients.
