McCarthy Security and Medical Services are a family hands-on run company based in the Western Cape that has its own Medical Response unit and Private Intermediate Life Support Ambulance Service for backup should our clients or any of their staff need Emergency assistants.
McCarthy has taken the Armed Response and onsite Security Guarding Sector to a much Higher and very much in need services. We feel that one must have a Medical Response unit that is back up by a Private Ambulance Service linked up to the same burglar alarm system that is used for the Armed Response units, for all those unexpected Medical Emergency Mishaps.
